  • Make your school a memorable experience for children and adults. Something they will remember all their lives.
  • Let yourself fall in love with the place and the people and let them fall in love with you. You will get so much from them.

  • Take on people that are more intelligent and talented than you are. Don't be afraid of their strength or their intellect ... you need them.
  • Treat staff like balloons. Hold the strings but let them fly .. they will innovate, initiate, develop, organise and so much more.
  • Take Ofsted very, very seriously.  Prepare thoroughly and be prepared to fight.  The preparation begins the day they leave after the last inspection.
